Kipsinende Technical Training Institute is a Government Technical Training Institution under the Ministry of Education, State Department of Vocational and Technical Training. The Institute was initiated by the local community in 2016 to train trainees in Agriculture, Business Courses and Appropriate Technology. It is located in Fort-tenan, Chilchila Ward, Kipkelion West Sub-County, Kericho County.

Over the years, the Institute has had to invest in infrastructural Development to meet the demands of an increased trainee population. We offer TVET programmes in Business and Technical fields which are; NITA Grade I, II & III, CBET Level 3, Level 4 (Artisan), Level 5 (Craft Certificate) and Level 6 (Diploma).
